  1. What information do we collect?We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  2. What do we use your information for? If you have signed up to our newsletter, you can you can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages you receive. If you are a Pattern Plus Member, we do reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered part of your account membership. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those messages.
  7. Third party links  Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance  California residents: Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the COPPA, all users of our site residing in California may make any changes to their information at anytime by signing into their account and going to the ‘Edit My Address’ page.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance  We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. Our Services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals or business entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our Services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18).
